Before joining CNIM in 2001, he was Managing Director of the Danish Group ???Ansaldo Volund???, at that time belonging to the Italian Group ???Finmeccanica???.
Stefano Costa is 63 years old and started his career as a Nuclear Engineer in a nuclear research centre intensively working for some years on the behaviour of the two phase fluids for the boiling heavy water reactors, he was then in Canada et the Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. and finally back to Italy for some time he was the Director of the Ansaldo Nuclear Division when the Italian nuclear program has been stopped. At that point (1990) from ???the atoms to the garbage??? where he is working till today.

Mr. Self was nominated Vice-President Sourcing in February 2007, and is responsible for ensuring the rationalization of the Supply base. He brings a structured approach to Sourcing that is intended to help source quality products at a fair price. His work in Sourcing has been mainly focused in finding global solutions to large volume orders.
Jack began his career as a control systems engineer on the NASA Space shuttle arm at Spar Aerospace in 1976. More recently, Jack worked at Bombardier Aerospace, where he was Director of Cost Optimization. Previous to this, he spent 10 months in Berlin, Germany for Bombardier Transportation as Director of True-Should-Cost in the Center for Standardization. During his 22 years of employment at Bombardier, he worked in the Engineering, Product Support, and Procurement Divisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto, a MBA, a Diploma in Computer Science, and a Master of Science (Finance) from Concordia University.

Douglas McLachlin is a Partner and Director of ERM based in Shanghai. With more than 25 years of experience as an environmental engineer, Douglas is a waste management specialist who has worked on landfills in China, Malaysia, North America, and Europe. Notable projects include the development of a strategic waste management plan for Macau requiring expansion of the existing waste incinerator, restoration of nine closed landfills with landfill gas collection and utilization, and independent checking of the 60M m3 West New Territories Landfill, Hong Kong. He was the consultant for the design of EcoPark a material recycling business park in Hong Kong, waste transfer station facilities in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and he has experience with contaminated site assessments and remediation projects.
